Anyone who has ever worked in the restaurant/bar industry knows that it is vital to reach the highest standards possible and have all your staff work to the same ethos. However it is not possible as a manager/owner of a business to be there all the time and make sure things are running the way that you want them to.
We are a small group of industry professionals with almost 30 cummilative years in the catering business, as such we know what we are talking about.
Between us we have a range of skills including review writers, bar tenders, managers and head chefs. We accomplish advancements in our careers without understanding how the industry works and how to keep the customers flooding in.
Now we want to share our expertise and ensure that there are many more places than there currently are, that are willing to provide an excellent and consistant dining/drinking experience.
We are beggining our endeavours in the East Midlands and as such our looking for our first few clients whom we will provide our services for free of charge.
Our services are completely bespoke to the individual needs of your company.
The only thing we ask in return is for you to give us some feedback and allow us to use that feedback on our website (currently under development.)
