Personal Employment Advisor Northamptonshire £21,466 - £24,000 per annum

Do you have a background in advice and guidance, recruitment or training?

We are working on behalf of our client- a charity that specialises in helping the long term unemployed back into work. They are responsible for delivering the Flexible New Deal contract across Northamptonshire area and are looking for people to join their team as Personal Advisors.

The role of a Personal Advisor includes managing a caseload of job seekers, coordinating and supporting them throughout their time on the programme, liaising with other members within the centre to ensure they receive all the support they need, providing in-work support and maintaining all paperwork.
Ideal previous experience for this role includes:

• a background in the employment, training or recruitment industry
• or an advice & guidance qualification
• demonstrable knowledge of working to targets/KPIs
• problem solving skills and multi tasking ability
