Well Il try to keep this all simple and as blunt as i can...

I have a small 1 bed studio in Mansfield Woodhouse - Nottinghamshire..
It is in a block of floor on the first floor.
It has 1 (small) double bedroom.
I large(ish) living room with a connected kitchen.
The kitchen has black sides and beech effect doors.
There is a small bathroom.
There is amble storage.
Its a combi boiler.

The area is ok, People dont you really, Its the same as anywhere else really i suppose, I have never had any problems here..

The reason i am looking for a swap is because me and my partner are living here together and we are due to have a baby next month and for three of us its too small....


I am looking for a 1 or 2 bed house or flat, In a decent area, Anything really concidered....
