A personal trainer is there to help you achieve your goals and get the best from you in your workouts, whilst also helping you to get the results you want. PT can be 1-1 or with agroup of friends that have the same goals!
You might need more motivation , whats a better way to exercise than with friends and other people. Group exercise may be the way forward fo you , we have a range of classes during the week , with many more to be added to the timetable.
