Ultimate is a team sport played with a disc on an amercian football pitch.
Nottingham's team - Flyght Club has been played nationally and internationally for 8 years now.
We have an open door policy; whether you have never heard of the sport before or are seasoned player you are welcome.
The sport is a carbovascular sport and requires and / or will promote fitness levels and hand-eye coordination.
Ultimate is played as a mixed sport as well as single sex.
Practice takes place every saturday mornings from 10:30 on Victoria Embankment, Nottingham
