I'm looking for a Sunday team, preferably in the Lady Bay/West Bridgford area, but would be willing to travel.

I have recently completed a couple of marathons, hence I haven't been playing 11-a-side, but my fitness is at a good standard. I'm also playing 5-a-side so hopefully have kept match sharpness. I'm generally a defensive player (Full back or defensive midfield) but would be happy to play wherever.

I'm also currently taking my level 2 coaching badge so would be happy to input on the coaching side of things if required.
