Lace Market House is situated at 54-56 High Pavement in the vibrant Lace Market area of Nottingham city centre. It is a small business centre comprising mainly individual rooms together with a selection of rest areas and meeting rooms, including a 40-seat hall for larger presentations or launches.

Suite F7 is at the rear of the Georgian part of the building on the first floor and is set up to accommodate five large or up to eight small desks or can be reconfigured to suit. It is extremely sunny with huge Georgian windows to two sides and high coved ceilings.

The special room rate of £700 per month plus VAT includes business rates, heating & lighting and tea/coffee/filtered water plus use of the standard 6-8 seat meeting rooms at no extra charge.

A telephone/broadband package is typically £30 plus VAT per user on top. Our minimum term on this deal is only three months and thereafter you can roll over monthly but with the rate guaranteed for 12 months.

Car parking is also available at an extra charge.
