My client is looking for an experienced Project Worker to join their team on a long term temporary basis.  You will be be working with the high risk homeless, providing housing and benefits advice, and assisting the service users in sustaining their tenancies.  You will need to provide advice and assistance on employment and education options, ensure they keep appointments booked and liaise with other organisations such as probation.

There are two long term contracts until at least November 09, and for the right candidate there is the possibility of the role becoming permanent.



You will be working on a rota basis between the hours of 8am and 9pm, including 1 in 3 weekends.  You will work a 35 hour week.



As the successful candidate you will have a strong housing management background and have worked as a project worker previously.  You will have experience in carrying out and completing risk assessments and support plans and be confident to carry out loan working. 

An enhanced CRB is essential and access to a car is desirable.
