I'm a 22 year old non-smoking female wanting to rent a double room ideally in the Sherwood area of Nottingham (just discovered this is where the climbing wall is!), also looking at Lenton/The Park/City Centre/West Bridgford - I'll consider other areas if they're walkable to Trent University (where I'll be working), but want to live somewhere pleasant! (Sorry, I'm not looking at Sneinton, The Meadows, Radford or Hyson Green etc). I'm looking to pay £350pcm max including bills, but will pay a bit more for the right home.

I'm a tidy, respectable and sociable person and would like to live with people who are similar in that sense. Also, looking to share with no more than 3 others.
