Spanish speaking Credit Control Assistant

Our client, a large international company is seeking to recruit a Spanish speaking Credit Control Assistant for their offices in Nottinghamshire

Job Role

Your job role will be:

• to ensure correct allocation of cash, invoices, credit notes and journals to maintain reconciled accounts.
• maintaining accounts receivable balances for accounts within credit limits through timely cash collection
• processing of documentary letters of credit and ensuring statements are issued to coincide with agreed customer settlement terms.
• maintaining up to date customer files regarding actions taken to recover outstanding debts and resolution of queries for review by relevant Credit Control Team Leader
• provide monthly reports to team leader and sales divisions to ensure good communications and service excellence to customers.
• provide day to day credit support to relevant divisions

The Candidate:

• Fluency in Spanish and English
• Good standard of education (GCSE level including Maths and English)
• Equivalent work experience
• Excellent customer service skills
• Experience in Credit Control is a plus

Salary: £16,000 p/ a
