We are looking to recruit an experienced Domiciliary Homecare Professional with a keen desire to raise and maintain the highest standards of care, to manage a new branch in Nottingham.

The person we are looking for will need to demonstrate that they can work effectively in a fast-moving environment and that they are fully conversant with National Minimum standards in care.

You will have strong leadership skills. If not already qualified, you should be undertaking or willing to undertake the Registered Managers Award / NVQ level 4 in Care Management.

You will be reporting directly to the Regional Business Manager and will be responsible for a team of Care Coordinators, Home Care Workers and will be developing a framework contract that will be commencing with zero hours of care. As a result this an excellent opportunity for someone to put their own stamp on this project.
