We are a house of 3 professionals (2 females, one male) looking for a 4th housemate who is also a professional.

There is a good sized lounge, dining room and kitchen with all modern appliances available (including new oven and fridge).

We are situated at the top of Forest Fields, perfect for walking into town, or alternatively there is a bus stop at the end of the road and tram stop minutes away.

Rent is £300 pcm, all bills inclusive (not telephone).

One months rent needed as a deposit upfront.
Please note - No pets and no smokers.

Wireless internet is available. Parking is never a problem.
