Fm co-ordinator
My client is looking for a FM co-ordinator who will be responsible for co-ordinating day to day facilities services for our client.
Dealing with all facilities sub contractors to ensure we are receiving a good quality and effective service. Ensuring all health & Safety is maintained and enforced throughout the sites.
To act as an interface between customers and the SAM for service and project specification, project management and delivery and to ensure business continuity and customer satisfaction.
To ensure that customer's requests and calls initiated, are responded to in an effective and professional manner and to within agreed service levels.
Establish and maintain good occupant relationships and communications through personal contact and regular meetings with on-site management.
Understands customer's present and potential requirements and position Portal accordingly to maximise any opportunities.
