The house is in West Bridgford which is a very nice safe area and is only a 10 minute bus ride away from the city centre in traffic, and is only 10 minutes from Clifton campus. The house is a 5 minute walk away from a large Co-op supermarket with lots of bars and shops further into the town, and has a large park with tennis courts, so it is a great place to live for any student.
