Our client is currently looking for a driven ambitious Assistant Manager to join the team in the East Midlands
Job description
As Assistant Manager you will be responsible for running shifts, stock control, team building and team training, controlling all service standards and guest satisfaction. Successful candidates must come from a good quality food led background, be confident, outgoing and be hungry to develop a career with this exciting and progressive employer. Required experience You must have a minimum of 1 years experience as a Deputy or Assistant Manager in a branded restaurant environment.
You must also have a passion for providing a great experience for guests and have excellent interpersonal skills.
Salary
The starting salary for this role is up to 21,000 depending on experience along with excellent bonus potential and the chance to progress your career within this fantastic company.
