A Vacancy has now arisen for an Assistant Manager at Fat Cat Nottingham.

This is one of our busiest Fat Cats on a two floor operation with a 60-seater restaurant.

This is a wonderful oportunity for an existing Assistant looking to rise to the challenge or an experienced Head Waiter/Bartender wanting to progress in a busy, popular site.

We are an independent pub company established in 1992 by two friends who are still actively involved in all aspects of the business… and are still friends! The very first Fat Cat opened in Bangor, North Wales and since then the focus has always been centred on the range, quality and consistent delivery of our product along with fantastic service; after all that’s what it’s all about.

Salary £14k to £18K OTE
