- Salary up to 22,000 plus bonus and 5 weeks holiday.

Job Description

As a hands on Head Chef you will have the flexibility to manage the operation on a daily basis whilst ensuring all necessary paperwork is complete and focusing on working to achieve GP. You will also train and develop the team.

Required Experience

*Currently working as a Kitchen Manager or Head Chef
*Working within a fresh branded operation
* Confident working to specifications
* Capable of managing high volume food operation
