Registered Nurse, RGN or RMN with general experience required to work in a 47 bed nursing home nr Lincoln.

Pay £10/hour normal working week 36-40 hours, more hours available if desired. Day/night rotation.

Clients present with the usual challenges older age brings. The Home holds a block contract with the local PCT, so can be a busy and challenging environment to work in. At least 6 months post grad experience is preferred, although this does not have to be within a Nursing Home setting.

RMNs will require at least 6 months based in a general nursing environment. Attitude and a willingness to develop skills in working with older persons are more important than actual experience.
