I am graduating this year but was going to stay on and look for work, but I have decided I better head home and get a career started and so my room is free from July 12th 2008- July 2009.

Of the girls that are staying one is 23 and currently a third year med student, another of the girls is 22 studying pharmacy but is getting married this summer so will not be around that much next year and the final girl has just been studying in America for a year and will be returning in sept for her final year in history and American studies.

The house is in NG7, off lenton boulevard, which has a high number of students in the area and that also means alot of local amenities etc. The rent is a bargain at £38 per week, £152 per month. The rent is so cheap coz our landlord has now turned his interests to business development rather than student housing.

The room is newly carpeted and currently fits my large double bed in easily (i can sell this on to you for £30 if you want it!)there is also a large desk, bedside table, chest of draws, a wardrobe with shelving and a handy sink in the room. The room is large and faces the sun in the morning. Large Victorian windows.

The house is over three floors, there is a good sized kitchen, not the most modern but has everything that is needed and all works perfectly well. There is a large living room with sofas and a large coffee table. The bathroom has a bath with a shower and there is a separate toilet both with wooden floors. There is a average sized garden with the property that is perfect for bbq's and faces the afternoon sun.

The deposit for the room is £100 which is refundable at the end, as long as you have not destroyed the room!
There is a summer retainer of £350 that covers the rent up until September
contract is 12 months only

Oh I took the pictures with my webcam so they are pretty poor quality, the room is very spacious and bright but the picture does not really do it justice!
