You will be required to prepare and cook quality food via a call order system for the bar. You will need to be able to work alone and under supervision in a fast paced environment. You will need to be able to ensure all food is produced within the agreed standards to include production times and customer service expectations. You will be responsible for keeping your designated work area clean and organised, you will also be responsible for ordering and stock rotation for your section. You will also be expected to assist the other chefs and members of the hospitality team in preparing and serving food for occaisonal special events and tournaments. The working week will include weekends and the shifts will be straigh earliest start 8am and latest finish 8pm. There is plenty of room for progression within the company for the right candidate.
