We are currently looking for a twenty something professional to rent our final room. Currently there is 3 girls, aged 22 - 26 and one boy, who is moving out at the beginning of June. (Don't think he can handle it anymore)

The room is a spacious double room in the attic space and it includes a double bed, wardrobe and desk.

We have wireless broadband with Virgin TV, Private Parking & all the mod-con's including washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, electric shower.

The house is on Eltham Road, just off Gordon Road 2 minutes walk from West Bridgford Centre, Just a walk away from all the shops and bars. It has 5 bedrooms in total but the queue for the bathroom would be a nightmare if we filled them all, living room and spare room which is currently being used to dry laundry but we are thinking of making it in to a work out room/games room.

Rent is £250 per calendar month not including bills, which work out at about £40 pcm for council tax each, £8 for TV & Broadband & approx £40 for gas and electric combined.

We want nice sociable housemates around the same age as us, no students!
