We are currently accepting CVs for a Chef de Partie position at our West Bridgford Cafe & Bistro. You will need to have a passion for cooking with fresh ingredients to create simple yet elegant dishes that appeal to the modern diner.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

To succeed in the role, you will:

- Have the desire to set and maintain your own high standards, always delivering above customer expectation
- Have a proven catering background
- Be organised and hard working
- Be flexible and highly motivated
- Enjoy working as part of a small but dedicated team, sometimes working on your own in the kitchen.
- Enjoy creating new dishes for the menu, and working on daily specials
