We are looking to appoint a qualified and experienced ICT Trainer and Assessor to support work based candidates to achieve NVQ/VRQ/ECDL qualifications at levels 1, 2 and 3. You will be occupationally competent in ICT, with assessor qualification (D33/A1). Qualifications up to advanced levels OCR CLAIT, or IBT III, ECDL, Guilds Teacher Training Certificates. Must be committed to training and supporting adult learners. A good understanding of the quality assurance requirements of the QCA Code of Practice, revised NVQ award structures, and NVQ and VRQ assessment processes are essential.

The successful applicants must also have experience of training and assessing candidate’s work, managing caseloads, teams and experience of establishing and implementing quality systems and procedures as well as excellent organisational, planning and communication skills. You will also have proven track record of enabling candidates to achieve against targets.
