THE ROLE
Working from the Nottingham office, your role will involve the full recruitment cycle. You will cold call Business-to-Business to obtain contracts & vacancies and develop relationships with new clients. You will also source and interview candidates and manage the whole Recruitment process through to placement. You will receive fantastic training and coaching to develop your sales skills, and be quickly encouraged to take on real responsibilities.
YOUR PROFILE
We would be very interested in the following applicant backgrounds:
• Good understanding of Recruitment Sales
• Experience in sales within HealthCare/Security Sectors is an advantage
• Professional & IT Literate
• Available to start ASAP or by early Nov 2009
