This was the second to last build by the Nottingham bicycle manufacturer Paragon in the late 1960's.
Correct period eqipment (Brooks, Wienman and Williams)
Interesting 2 speed on 4 speed Sturmey Archer gearing.
The frame is still in the original enamel and lining with chrome ends.
