My client is a leading Network provider looking for a top quality, experienced Assistant Manager to join the developing Brand. As a Franchise of the Network this position gives the right candidate the opportunity to develop into a successful Branch Manager and beyond.
As Assistant Manager of this Mobile phone Branch you will be directly responsible for daily requirements of a busy sales team. You will be given all the required training to eventually take on your own store and take on the required pay increase on the way.
Once started you will initially be trained on the variety of sales techniques available to you as a successful sales person, from there you will have the ability to motivate your team to develop and work to the best of their abilities.
The position available will offer a unique possibility to earn a share of the companies profit, this will mean that any hard work you put into training the sales team or any substantial sales you bring will come back to you with the available profit share with your team.
To take up this opportunity you will ideally have management or supervisor experience, this position will also require a proven sales ability from quality background.
