We value self-starters with intelligence and excellent communication skills. In your first year you should be earning in excess of £30k, with top performers earning over £40k. In your second year, on target earnings are in excess of £50k - and there is no limit to how much you can earn.
You will need to be a naturally persuasive person, money-hungry, driven and with strong inter-personal skills. You will need to be able to take pressure in your stride and constantly have excellent written and spoken communication skills.
