EFFECTIVE LISTENING COURSE.

This course introduces the skills that enable people to fully
listen to someone, to show that they understand and therefore
to truly provide help when needed.

What most people want is to be really listened to when they
find the going gets difficult ... so these skills really help in many situations.

Course starts Friday 9th October and runs for 4 sessions on Fridays.

10 - 12 and then 12.45 - 2.30 each day.

Ends 6th November (no session week before as it is half term week)

The course is FREE to anyone who is currently on one of the following benefits: -

income support
job seekers
working tax credit
housing benefit
esa
council tax benefit
pension guaranteed credit
incapacity benefit

Otherwise the cost is just £36 for the whole course (15 hours)

Venue of course: Carlton Road Nottingham. 10 minutes bus ride from city centre.

You gain a college certificate by successful completion as well
