I am moving out and need someone to take over my room. I live with 5 other guys in Lenton, 10 mins walk from Nottingham city centre and 10-15mins from Nottingham Uni. 2mins away from a bus station and a few minutes from the nearest shops.

The room is relatively big and has a double bed, desk, wardrobe, big front window, wooden flooring.

The rent is 75/week not including utility bills. We have wireless internet, TV, etc....
