i wish to rent longterm a 2bed flat/house in meadows sneinton area, looking to pay £350 a month not shared with anyone, just myself.

i have good income and secure job, and can provide reffernces if needed, i dont mind paying a depsoit if needed,

im happy to pay my own bills council tax etc, so the £350 would be rent only i can sort out everything else

i maninly looking for something with good security, and presentable

I.E

double glazing
decent doors etc
alarm
decent size rooms
kitchen
bathroom

and wishing for it to be rpesentable, looks clean and tidy and not run down

im very quite , not a drinker and also respect my neibours, and have no pets

im not too fussed if its furnished or not i have all the stuff i will need

and is extremely important that i can have cable there virgin media and allowed to have my own broadband arrangments also
