I am looking for a house mate to take the room left by the current occupant who is going to live with her boyfriend. The house is a three bedroom property in a great location very close to trent bridge but also with very quick access to town. Great for me for social nights and the nearby rowing club. The street is very quiet with on-street parking.

I am Chris (33) and you would also be sharing with another young-professional male, Alex. We both work in the week so the house is pretty quiet then. We are looking to keep the house a relaxed place with wine, DVDs, etc in the week and generally more lively at weekends. The room has always been taken by girls and it has been a really good balance, but this is not absolutely necessary.

The house has been kept to high standard with many new features. There are two reception rooms. There is a widescreen TV with surround sound, DVD player, PS3 and wireless broadband. There is a washer-dryer, microwave, shower.
