great for aerobic exerise and strength training hardly used £5.

2. Ab exerciser, looks like a chair - works very well on those abs £5

3. Pilates exerciser, on a frame with adjustable tabs, excellent if you have back trouble, also great for strength training. Folds up for easy storage cost £300 new from QVC, they still sell them at about £250.
