We are looking for the right person to efficiently manage the wet side of our business, with remuneration based on a specific percentage of overall takings. You will be responsible for the selection, training and management of all bar staff ensuring they operate effectively within the parameters established for the business as a whole.

We are a relatively new business located close to several sporting grounds and hence weekly trade varies from extremely busy to relatively slow.

Solid experience is important. As our kitchen is run under a franchise agreement, you will only need to ensure a harmonious operation between the bar, public areas and kitchen.

This is a highly challenging position and for the right person we are willing to negotiate an attractive remuneration package with long term incentives.
