Hi i have a nice 2bed in Meadows and i am looking for 2 or 3 bed in Clifton as need to be closer to friends and family. i have lived hre three years and have loved it but too isolated as know no-one here.
Back garden medium sixed and have nicely decorated living room. Kitchen/walk-in dining room. Two large bedrooms. sep w/c and bathroom.
Recently had new radiators fitted and waiting for council to do the kitchen and bathroom. tiled ready to have shoer fitted but we haven't got round to it as busy with working.
Would like to find an exchange before start looking on property market as currently going through mortgage process.
I don't mind he condition of house as can do up myself but really need to move Clifton as have no friends or family in surrounding areas.
i am close to ainsworth School and riverside retail park. Trent bridge is less than 5mins walk away.
