Unless you are a millionaire father who fancies paying my legal bills for me instead?
I am in court on a custody battle, basically my ex and I have been through CAFCASS mediation for several months and have a final hearing scheduled for June. But I want to spend more time with my son than the CAFCASS report recommends. I work for agencies as a lorry driver and work is very hit-and-miss (more Miss than Hit at the minute), so cannot get legal aid as I am not signing on, even though I am really struggling financially.I have only worked one day in the past fortnight due to agencies continually letting me down and I cannot even afford to pay my mortgage this month at the minute and things are looking really bleak to be honest.
If I go for a final hearing I am probably going to struggle to win and yet can't find a solicitor to help me.
I am therefore looking for a solicitor who may one day find themselves in my exact position through no fault of their own, fighting a biased legal system.
Any GENUINE solicitor want to help me for FREE???
