One of the Midlands major employees, a leading, independent retail travel company is currently seeking an experienced Retail Travel Sales Consultant for there Beeston Branch. This post is full time and permanent. Salary is negotiable dependent on experience gained up to GBP12,500, plus monthly bonus scheme, as well as pension, generous staff discounts, concessions, educationals and free parking. You will be working 37.5 hours per week - based on 5 in 7 day trading pattern

As a Retail Travel Sales Consultant you will

Work as part of a small team in a busy retail travel branch

Dealing with customers face to face and by phone to book all their travel requirements including package holidays, cruise and tailor-made bookings to worldwide destinations

You will be using Tarsc and Viewdata reservations systems

You will assist with the day to day running of the branch including operations and administration.

You will be working in a sales environment and working to targets

As a Retail Travel Sales Consultant you will have

Previous experience as a retail travel sales reservations consultant

Experience of using Viewdata will be advantageous

Strong track record of delivering travel reservations sales results and exceptional service.

A genuine passion for travel with first hand experience and knowledge of travel destinations
