I have a single room to rent in my three bedroom house in Sneinton.

It is close to the city centre, about 10 mins walk to the lace market, train station or centre itself. It is very close to the bus stop and a selection of local shops. There is on street parking available.

Rent is £255 per month all inclusive of all bills.

The kitchen has a washing machine, tumble dryer microwave, new oven and dishwasher. The house has an alarm, security lighting at the back, full double glazing and gas central heating. The living room has big comfy leather sofas, a nice TV and stereo.

Your room is fully furnished and you will be sharing with myself, Martin a 29 year old Scottish teacher and Kaisa, a 26 year old Pole who works for Paul Smith.

My last house mate is leaving us after 9 months to move to Iceland so come and join us in our friendly relaxed house!

The room is available from the 29th of April.
