3 bed house Stapleford Nottingham to anywhere

Readvertised due to complete timewaster. I was let down at the last minute on a 3 way swap because the other party had rent arrears that they did not disclose. Please no more timewasters. I am not interested in any 3 way swaps unless all the parties are genuine.

I have a 3 bed mid townhouse in Stapleford Nottingham. The house is about 25 years old with a front and back garden. It is in a non estate position with parking in front of the house for cars.

It has a school at the back of the house with playing field. The house does not look like a council house and the majority of the house's are privately owned.

Very near to shops, schools and all amenities. It is in good order with gas central heating, double glazing, laminate flooring enclosed back garden.

I am looking for to move anywhere as my children have all grown up and I am looking for a change and a fresh start.

I have got photos of my house and I will be able to email these to anyone who may have a house to exchange. I forgot to add that the house is council and can be bought from the council if you require.
