My client is a global company working in the air-conditioning and refrigeration industry, within a manufacturing capacity.

My Client is currently seeking someone to join their small but very busy team in an administrative role. The ideal candidate must have a good understanding of Microsoft Office, having the ability to use spreadsheets and Microsoft Word. A good telephone manner is essential.

My client is looking for an experienced and professional candidate that is looking to have a stable and solid career within a growing and established company.

Main duties to include:
* Answering incoming telephone calls
* All aspects of order processing.
* Dealing with all aspects of delivery trails.
* Tracking outstanding purchase orders.
* Transport Liaison.
* General admin duties.
