Catering Manager/ F & B Manager

My client is a highly respected Leisure operator in the UK and part of a World Renowned brand. You will be responsible for the catering integrity of the company and so will require the appropriate level of experience for this role.

As a catering manager, you will have total responsibility for managing your Multi site business. The catering section gives a major contribution to the Leisure and attraction site, so requires a manager at the helm with experience of high volume operations. You will be responsible for each department head and all staff of up to 400, have full budget / P&L control to establish financial goals, optimise sales and ensure the profitability and efficiency of the catering department in line with KPI's. Implement processes, policies & procedures, and above all, motivate and develop a team to adhere to the well established company culture.

This is an important role within the organisation and requires vast experience in food service Management within a multi-unit, high volume environment. You will have strong leadership qualities, knowledge of the food service industry, analytical and tactical skills and of course high energy and drive.
