Experience of commercial buildings, retail premises and good customer communication is essential. The candidate must be qualified to one or more of the following: C&G or CITB or equivalent in Building Services, Electrical (to 17th Edition), Mechanical, A/C or NVQ L3, A/C Must include refrigerant safe gas handling.

Also, building fabric experience, commercial gas qualifications or multi-skilled backgrounds would be an advantage. Further expansion is anticipated with opportunities for supervisor and development roles.
