We are looking for a freelance Housing Officer to work on a six month contract in Nottingham.  You will be maximising rental income, void turnaround, ASB, tenancy visits and responding to tenancy/lease enquiries.  You will also investigate the initial stage of complex issues for ASB and domestic violence cases.   You will be be working with both internal and external agencies, and will assist in the management of budgets and expenditure control, to achieve value for money for the customers.  You will instigate enforcement action and represent the organisation as court as required.

 

As the successful applicant you will be an experienced Housing Officer and be experienced in all aspects of estate management, a driving licence and access to a car is essential for this role.
