The house has a bedroom on each floor so it is very private, there is a separate kitchen and lounge and bathroom, all as new condition.

The house is warm and cosy and has recently been refurbished. The rooms are fully furnished. You would be sharing with one other male.

The rent is exclusive of bills are the gas and electricity are metered.
