Suite F11 is on the High Pavement elevation of Lace Market House facing Stoney Street and St Mary's Church. It is on the First Floor of the historic Lace Market House at 54-56 High Pavement.

This is an excellent room which has previously served as a designer's studio. It can accommodate three good sized desks plus has a separate small room either for storage or similar use.

The all inclusive rate covers room fees, business rates, heating/lighting, refreshments (tea/coffee etc) and the use of the meeting rooms. Comms are charged extra but typically would be £30 per month for a phone/internet set up.

Parking is available onsite (at £100 per month typically) and all prices are plus VAT. Minimum term is three months.
