Looking for an A1/A2 retail unit in a reasonably high footfall location to setup an Internet cafe.

Newark or Lincoln area is preferred but if your location has a high footfall and (ideally) a reasonably high number of tourists I will be very happy to consider it.

Locating inside of an existing mutually complimentary business (train station, small theatre, cinema, bowling ally, etc) would be ideal.
