I am looking for a 2 or 3 bedroom house in the Beeston, Bilborough or Wollaton areas. We are a decent family moving back to the area. Non Smokers and no pets (children are all house trained!). Deposit available along with advance rent. Initially circumstances force that we will need housing benefit, however we can pay rent until this is arranged. Bank reference available. Fully or part furnished is prefered, however if its a nice property then we will consider unfurnished. Wanted from around 20th November.
