We are renting out our two week timeshare for this xmas in TENERIFE at the beautiful Palm Beach Club in Las Americas.
It is for weeks 51 and 52, you can rent one or both. We are just looking to cover all/part of our maintenance fee of £1200. All offers will be considered. There are two bedrooms sleeping 4 (double bed + 2 twin beds) and you can sleep an additional 2 people in the lounge with the sofa beds.
The hotel is lovely and ideally located at the end of the main strip. It is a couple of mins walk to the beach and has a lovely swimming pool.
