This stylish 4 star hotel with over 200 bedrooms close to East Midlands airport is seeking an Assistant Night Manager to join their busy night team.

This role has huge potential for a current Night Auditor wanting to further their career, working a large team with opportunities to progress.

The role includes:-
To ensure total security of the Hotel so the only entry into the hotel at night time is the main front entrance.

To complete three fire walks per night resulting in any faults, damage, or insecure areas being highlighted and the guests safe and secure.

Reporting any problem to the Duty Manager the following morning and record as per guide lines set out.
To set standards, policies and procedures to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Night Department.

To comply with and promote safe working practices as laid down by the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974.To ensure that all-public areas are clean, tidy and presentable ready form the next day business.

To provide good customer service according to Hotel policies/standards. Ensuring that customer satisfaction is reached and exceeded through high levels of training and guidance of all staff.
