EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE:
It is essential that the postholder has:
1. Experience of HTML and general website design, including a knowledge of all relevant standards
2. Experience in JavaScript and PHP programming
3. Experience of Jquery
4. Experience of systems analysis, project planning and project management
5. Design, programming and implementation experience of major web based applications
6. Understand XHTML, PHP, MYSQL, CSS and be able to work with Flash.
7. Good telephone manner
8. Good sales skills, great with people

It is desirable that the postholder has:
Experience of developing applications within a Content Management System.
Experience of communicating with a wide range of staff
Experience of allocating tasks to other people
Experience of other browser based programming languages
