Our client is a leading national law firm and they looking for a Property Litigation solicitor/associate to join there litigation. The team of 5 lawyers is now looking to increase the team with either a qualified solicitor or equivalent lawyer. The successful candidate will carry out a full range of commercial property litigation work, but with a bias towards commercial landlord and tenant issues, with particular emphasis on the retail sector. Post-qualification experience within a commercial property litigation department is essential to this role, and marketing experience would be an advantage. To succeed in this role you will have experience in the core areas of landlord & tenant issues including business lease renewals; break notices.
